Shipping policy

Dispatch & Tracking

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. Your tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the possession of Australia Post, Evia Designs is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Finished jewellery pieces are sent with signature on delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct at the time of checkout and to notify us of any change of address prior to dispatch. Evia Designs is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

For any concerns regarding delivery timeframes or the status of your parcel, please lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post.

Uncollected Orders

If an order is returned to Evia Designs due to an incorrect address, a change of address not communicated prior to dispatch, or failure to collect from Australia Post within their holding period, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred — including return shipping to us and reshipment back to you.

International Orders

All international orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post to minimise transit time and protect your impression kit in transit.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping of their wax kit to Evia Designs. It is recommended that kits are returned using a tracked service and via express post. Evia Designs cannot accept responsibility for kits lost in transit that have not been sent with tracking or sent to the incorrect address. International Orders are to return their wax kits to:

Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or fees applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Important notice for United States customers: Due to current import regulations, duties and taxes applicable to your order must be paid upfront before your finished piece can be dispatched. Once your order is ready, you will be invoiced separately for this amount prior to shipping. Your piece will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
