We make to order and therefore turn around time can be up to 21 days. With the exception of our impression jewellery which can be 3-6 weeks.

This pendant is made from a special anti-tarnish silver or 9ct yellow gold, which means that you should be able to wear it everyday without it tarnishing or turning your skin green. However we still recommend that you avoid:

- wearing your pendant in chlorinated pools

- avoid contact with household cleaning products and/or perfume/skincare/makeup

To clean use a jewellery polishing cloth that will help remove tarnish and restore the shine. Avoid using tissues or paper towels as they may scratch your jewellery.

When you are not wearing your pendant we recommend that it is stored away in a dry airtight place.

We will ship all international pet impression kits within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays or the occasional break) via Australia Post International Express. Please note that any duties or taxes upon entering your country will be at your expense and are not included in the cost of the kit.
Please be advised that return shipping of your wax impressions will be at your own expense. We recommend sending it via express post. To ensure that the impressions are satisfactory for casting, we recommend sending us a photo of all 3 impressions before returning them. Return information, including an email to send us your impression photos will be provided within your kit. It is also requested that you provide tracking information via email once you have sent it. If you need a new kit, it is available at an additional charge of $50.00 and does not include your return postage.
Once we have finished crafting your piece, we will send it back to you via Australia Post International Express. Our timeframes on a completed piece is 3-6 weeks once we have received your wax kit back.
